Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the Open Mobility Foundation’s principal governing body. Its members are representatives of Public Member organizations. The Board of Directors represent the needs and interests of cities and transport organizations. The Board conducts the business normally performed by the board of directors of a nonprofit organization. Some of the activities of the Board of Directors include:

Approve and amend Working Group Charters and Committee Charters.

Initiate and close Working Groups and Committees.

Approve or withhold approval of proposed Foundation Deliverables, the Architecture Foundation document and other official reports or work product issued by any Working Group or Committee.

Monitor and ensures the application of the Open Mobility Design Principles to the deliverables of the Foundation.

Supervise the Executive Director.

Approve the annual Foundation budget.

Oversee the Foundation’s financial and operating performance.
